Refund Policy

At Bold Grit, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

2. Eligible Items

Items eligible for return:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags
  • Items in original packaging
  • Non-personalized products

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@boldgrit.store within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable)

4. Return Shipping

Defective or Wrong Items: We'll cover return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.

Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we made an error)

6. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process and indicate your preferred replacement item. Exchanges are processed once we receive your return.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@boldgrit.store
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your credit card company or bank
  • If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at refunds@boldgrit.store

9. Sale and Promotional Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items (not marked as final sale) can be returned for store credit only.

10. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
