At Bold Grit, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.99
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days - $12.99
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $24.99
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $75
International Shipping
- International Standard: 10-20 business days - Rates vary by destination
- International Express: 5-10 business days - Rates vary by destination
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your Bold Grit account and viewing your order history
- Visiting the carrier's website directly with your tracking number
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays and peak seasons
- Remote or rural locations
- Customs processing (for international orders)
5. International Orders
Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Customs Delays
International shipments may experience delays during customs clearance. We cannot control or predict these delays, but we're here to help if you have questions.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
- P.O. boxes (for certain shipping methods)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for options)
- Countries under trade restrictions or embargoes
7. Order Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Contact the carrier to file a claim
- Contact us at shipping@boldgrit.store for assistance
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us immediately at support@boldgrit.store
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or are missing items from your order, contact us at support@boldgrit.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address:
- Before shipping: Contact us immediately at orders@boldgrit.store
- After shipping: Contact the carrier directly to request an address change (additional fees may apply)
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
10. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
